SHIPPING

Barick ships to all states in Australia. All orders are shipped through Fastways and we ship our products from Monday to Friday as soon we have finished the rods for our customers.

Overseas

Shipping rates will vary depending on country and country state and will be disclosed at the time of order.

Please note that Barick custom fishing rods are built one at a time and sometimes it may take a bit before you receive it, however be assured that what you will have is a professionally hand-crafted custom made precision built fishing tool.

  • Can I Order By Phone

    Absolutely, we can take orders by phone and sort out exactly what you wish to purchase and advise on the choice as well.

  • How Long For Delivery

    Delivery is executed within 48 hours of completion of the product ordered. Shipping is done through Fastways and the item will usually arrive within 2-3 days of pickup.
    Overseas delivery usually takes 7 days depending on the country where customs may delay the arrival. Note, customs duty and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the unused product in the original box within 15 days for an exchange or refund. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must be in the original packaging as received with all headers, labels, instructions, etc. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to Barick under the return policy; which we can help you with. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Shop Front

    Barick does not have a shop front because of the overhead costs. We have found this to be the best way to offer the best service and prices for our customers.

  • International Orders

    Barick ships to most countries. We can use the in country postal service however, there are restrictions on the lengths of packages so AAE is the chosen delivery method in these cases. Delivery time may vary from country to country and customs duty and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • GST Charge

    Due to Australian law GST (Goods & Service Tax) must be charged on Australian goods. International orders will be GST free.
