WHERE TO BEGIN
Barick began from a fishing trip to the mountains west of Sydney Australia. Fishing for Trout I wanted something better than the fishing rod I was using. Something lighter, faster and more responsive. I decided to try and build one but it didn’t stop there.
Barick Custom Rods have advanced leaps and bounds since the first rod was built. We use the best techniques, the best components available for your specific build, a combination of computer aided and manual tested guide train designs on a rod blank specifically picked to do the job you need.
SPECIFICS
Barick uses components from such suppliers as ALPS, Fuji, Matagi, United Composites, Neritica, CTS, REC and more. Our Custom Fishing Rods can be furnished with multiple different custom effects such as Rod Marbling, Tiger Wraps, Thread and Grip Inlays, Feather Inlays and more, all to individualize the finish of that special fishing rod you’re after. Barick can go as far as to design and print specific labels that will be part of the rod build. Our design process is completely transparent and we involve our clients from start to finish inviting them to contribute as much input as possible. We will always guide you to get the best result for your individual build and will keep you up to date with the ongoing progress.
