I’m in the process of building a special game rod that will be going on auction to help a great cause.
This beauty is a 15-24Kg, stand up bent-butt Tuna rod. Highest grade conditioned cow hide leather grip, Aftco Silver bent-butt, Seeker 6455H 15-24Kg blank, Aftco Silver rollers. The rod will be bound in a Merlot colour thread, something most builders will never do, with Silver/White twist trims, white Olive Branch work and Marbling guide centres. I’ll keep you guys informed.

Coming along very nicely now. Underbinds done, colour protected and ready for soak coat. Next the Rollers go on and the overbinds.
